I have been in the legal field since 1979 - initially as a legal assistant for 10 years and commissioned as a Notary Public in 1989.
Over the years I also participated in a mediation practicum through the BC Dispute Resolution Practicum Society which included provincial court mediations as well as attended and completed Family Law Mediation sponsored by the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC.

Gay James resides on the North Shore and has been a Conveyancing Paralegal on the North Shore since 1981.
Gay has worked at this office since 2004 specializing in all areas of real estate and refinancing.
Kelsey grew up on the North Shore and now resides in Squamish. She achieved her legal assistant certificate in 2014 and more recently her paralegal Certificate in 2018.
Kelsey works at both the North Shore and Squamish offices in all areas of real estate.
